• Okra Stew (vegetarian): okra stew simmered with tomatoes and onions, seasoned with a blend of aromatic spices.
• Chicken Mandi: tender chicken thighs marinated in a flavorful blend of lime, red chilli, bay leaves, cloves, yoghurt, onions, and traditional mandi spices.

Served with white basmati rice cooked with vermicelli noodles.
